I was a hard drug addict for most of my life until 4 years ago, but gambling addiction seems to be so much worse and definitely more expensive. At least I always got my fix for my money. At least there was usually a point where I was satisfied for a while. Gambling seems like a non stop spiral. It's the crack cocaine of non substance addictions. Quick high followed by chasing the next. But even crack isn't as destructive as a pure and sincere gambling addiction. I hope anyone reading this that is struggling manages to find a way out.

Just lost £1K on slots, I’m sat here now in absolute mental agony. i banned myself on GameStop but just signed up to a NON-UK licensed site, and sure enough I lost £200 then £200 then £400 and finally another £200. I had my finger over Deposit £500 to try and get it back but I stopped. Then the come down hit me so much negative emotions pulsating around my brain and the regret is powerful. Hope this can sway people into the right direction, the house always wins

Cant blame them for being addicted when marketing companies are advertising and brainwashing people on tv amd online 24/7 bombarded constantly!! Then the addicts are to blame? Am here to share my testimony, 8 months ago, I made a comment about how addicted I am to gamble, it have not been easy but I haven’t gamble for more than 3 months, I don’t even have the urge to gamble, it’s like it just disappear from my life, I traveled to UK, got a good job and now saving to buy my own house by next year, IF I CAN DO, THEN YOU CAN DO IT ALSO. avoid watching football match, avoid checking live score, avoid been in the midst of people that gamble, always tell yourself you can never make it with gambling, focus more on your work, focus all your attention on something else, I wish you success

Gambling addiction is truly awful, not only does it take all your money and put you into debt, it takes your time, it changes you into a person you don't want to be. I know, because I live it everyday. My heart goes out to anyone afflicted with this terrible curse, and I for nothing but peace and happiness for you all.

Don't gamble, just invest. It's can be much more lucrative and people will think you're smart and not a degenerate fool. You also can actually get an edge that isn't determined by luck. Have to be a lot more patient though. Keep in mind I said invest, not trade. Trading is much more near to gambling. Don't trade unless you are ready to completely devote your life to it. Even then you're probably not going to profit.
